Our Story

At Straight Up Coffee, family is at the heart of everything we do.

That’s because we’re part of Irish Family Companies – a 4th-generation, family-owned business in Buffalo, NY, where we’ve proudly served our community with dedication for decades. What began as a propane business evolved to include carbonated gas, dry ice, and beverage syrups, all guided by a simple mission: to support local businesses with reliable always-there-when-you-need-us service.

Our journey in creating our own beverages began with Straight Up, a craft soda brand launched in 2018. We’ve grown over the years to offer more than thirty unique flavors of pure cane sugar sodas, teas, lemonades, mixers, and juices. We’re proud to continue that tradition with Straight Up Coffee by delivering hand-crafted, locally-roasted coffee that embodies Buffalo’s rich history and hardworking spirit.
