Located at 1206 Clinton St in Buffalo, our roasting facility shares production space with our craft soda line — uniting two passions under one roof. We’re committed to constantly refining our process to ensure every batch isn’t just local and fairly priced, but truly the best product available on the market — outshining even the biggest national brands. Our investment in state-of-the-art equipment, including our precision Dietrich roaster and a water-filtration system that fine-tunes alkalinity, elevates both our coffee and our sodas to superior levels of flavor and quality.

We offer a management system which addresses food safety through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
This certification is not required for facilities of our size, but we are proud to offer it as a way to continually show our commitment to the safety of our employees and customers.
