At Straight Up Coffee, family is at the heart of everything we do.

That’s because we’re part of Irish Family Companies – a 4th-generation, family-owned business in Buffalo, NY, where we’ve proudly served our community with dedication for decades. What began as a propane business evolved to include carbonated gas, dry ice, and beverage syrups, all guided by a simple mission: to support local businesses with reliable always-there-when-you-need-us service.

Our journey in creating our own beverages began with Straight Up, a craft soda brand launched in 2018. We’ve grown over the years to offer more than thirty unique flavors of pure cane sugar sodas, teas, lemonades, mixers, and juices. We’re proud to continue that tradition with Straight Up Coffee by delivering hand-crafted, locally-roasted coffee that embodies Buffalo’s rich history and hardworking spirit.

Located at 1206 Clinton St in Buffalo, our roasting facility shares production space with our craft soda line — uniting two passions under one roof.

We’re committed to constantly refining our process to ensure every batch isn’t just local and fairly priced, but truly the best product available on the market — outshining even the biggest national brands.

Our investment in state-of-the-art equipment, including our precision Dietrich roaster and a water-filtration system that fine-tunes alkalinity, elevates both our coffee and our sodas to superior levels of flavor and quality.
